Aug 25, 2023Call of Duty Black Ops 6 campaign safehouse puzzles solutions: boiler, piano, radio signal, and more! — SiegeGG
Four years after the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops Coldward, Treyarch’s new title Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is finally here. Including multiplayer, zombies, and a campaign game mode, fans have been indecisive regarding what to play first.
While the majority of players can’t wait to hop on the multiplayer playlists, others lean on trying the zombie game mode. However, we encourage you to not ignore Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s campaign as it’s incredibly worth it.
Although the main missions of the game will see you traveling around the world to dig into the Pantheon’s plans following the conclusion of the Cold War, the action isn’t only located outside the safehouse. The former KGB safehouse known as the Rook holds a secret in its basement which can be solved before the start of the missions – and help you kick off your campaign experience on the right foot.
Keep on reading to know how to solve the puzzles found in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 safehouse:
First, you must go down to the basement, which can be found if you open the first door in the corridor that's next to the secret room.
After going down the stairs, go right and head to the second room. There, you will find a boiler. From left to right, you will be able to interact with the fuel tap, the boiler tap, and the pilot.
To make the system work, follow the next steps:
After completing the steps, a green light on the pilot will turn on. While you don't know what this activates yet, a folder found on a table at the end of the room includes the following quote:
After grabbing the blacklight, you can continue with the following puzzle!
The second puzzle is located in the fireplace room. Next to it, you will find a piano that holds a secret: pressing the right keys in the correct order will open a hidden room.
Point your blacklight on top of the piano to find a number, a notation, and an arrow. Follow the direction of the arrow to continue finding more hidden notations. In total, there are five notations hidden in the room.
Here are all of the notations with their respective numbers:
To understand what the notations mean, you must point your blacklight at the upper part of the piano keys. There, you will find what key each notation represents.
After pressing the keys in the right order, a hidden door next to the piano will be opened. If you correctly completed the boiler puzzle, you should be able to open the door. If that's not the case, you should go back to the boiler room.
The next puzzle will be found in the hidden basement as you will have to complete a keypad to continue your research. This one should be easy if you use your blacklight: pointing it at the numbers will reveal fingerprints on the most used keys.
After pressing the numbers randomly at first, you will have to put them in the right order. Numbers in green have been placed in the right position, numbers in yellow are included in the code but aren't in the right position, and numbers in red aren't part of the code. Keep in mind that the solution is different from game to game.
After accessing the room, go left to find a computer. You will have to hack it to unlock the next door.
To complete this puzzle, you must decipher the code. It's easy: each number is a letter. It gets very intuitive as you can guess the word after finding out the first two or three letters.
Although the numbers used for each letter and the order the words are deciphered are different from game to game, the words are always the following ones:
After hacking the system, a door that leads to the interrogation room will open. However, you will first have to open a locked door through a lockpicking puzzle, which can be easily completed by placing your joystick in the right position.
The final steps of the mystery are found in this small room. Head to the Radio Signal and complete the puzzle. A radio message will be activated, which differs from game to game. For us, it was:
Regardless of the message, you will need to pay attention to the elements in the room. As seen below, using the blacklight in this room will reveal a series of numbers spread next to and on multiple objects.
Using ours as an example, the elements from the message that can be found in the room are ashtray, crest, couch, and chair. If you use your blacklight next to each of these items, you will have a four-digit code: 8935.
After deciphering the code, go to the second floor and find the strongbox. Use the code to open it. You will be rewarded with $1,000 and the trophy "The Puzzles, Mason."
Solving all of the puzzles will also unlock the Case Cracker Blueprint melee skin. Overall, we think completing each one of the puzzles is extremely useful, as it will give you enough money to unlock all of the facilities in the safehouse before starting with the missions. Doing so is crucial to upgrade your skills to become better at aiming, reloading, and even increasing your health bar. It all helps!
